What is your returns policy?
We will only accept returns from customers in the United Kingdom, we do not, at present, accept returns of purchases made outside of the UK. Returns will only be accepted on unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Items will not be accepted if they have been damaged while being tried on.
We do not accept returns on sale or special offer items.
When returning items please ensure you fill in the returns form attached to your receipt and include this in the return parcel.
The item remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. You can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note that you'll have to cover the postage costs yourself.
Made to measure items cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.
Returns must reach us within 4-7 days of receipt of item.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
We try to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is in an unsuitable condition it will be sent back to you.
We do not accept returns on sale items or special offer items.
